Sliders (e.g., 50 - Essential)

This slider corresponds to a weighting in the score calculation.

It defines the importance of personality in the overall matching.

The higher the value → the more behavioral alignment will count.
The lower the value → the more RIASEC will influence the score (if enabled).

Best practice:

Academic orientation → balance personality / RIASEC
Highly structured path → stronger personality weighting

Important:

The slider does not define an exclusion threshold.
It only adjusts the weight in the calculation.
