You launched a recruitment campaign with Trimoji, but you didn’t have a Personi (ideal profile) at the creation stage. Good news: it is now possible to link a Personi retroactively.

✅ Why is it useful?

Linking a Personi to a campaign allows you to:

Activate predictive matching between candidate profiles and the ideal profile.
Prioritize the right candidates at a glance.
Accelerate sorting by using visual compatibility scores.
Analyze the quality of the talent pool in relation to the targeted position.

🛠️ Steps to follow:

👉 Access your existing campaign.

From the "My campaigns" tab, select the one you want to update.

👉 Click on "Edit campaign" 🔧.

In the settings, a new "Personi" field is now available.
Click on Link a Personi.

👉 Choose an existing Personi.

Select the ideal profile you have already created with Personi from the dropdown list.

👉 Validate the changes.

Once the Personi is linked, matching will be automatically activated for all profiles already received and those to come.

Create your Personi with the managers or the business team: the more precise you are, the more relevant the matching will be.
Make sure that the key criteria of the position (soft skills, personality, specific requirements) are well represented in the Personi.
Regularly check the campaign to see if new profiles match better after the Personi is updated.

You launched a campaign for a Business Developer position, but without a Personi. A week later, you discuss with the manager and build a Personi together. You link it to the campaign, and Trimoji instantly calculates a matching score on all the profiles received.
