Job Matching and Team Matching

What is this feature for?

Trimoji matching aims to make the alignment between a profile and a need more readable, on two levels:

👉 Job Matching: Trimoji can objectively match a candidate to a job by cross-referencing the CV (experiences, skills, keywords, transferable skills) and soft skills (behaviors, operating modes, success factors). This allows for a job and candidate compatibility score, designed to be actionable and explainable.

👉 Team Matching: Trimoji also emphasizes compatibility between individuals and offers the possibility to simulate adding a candidate to a team. This allows you to visualize who they will best get along with, as well as the types of relationships possible within a group.

Trimoji does not replace the recruiter or the human element. Matching serves as support to obtain more objective and comparable benchmarks, prepare discussions, and facilitate alignment between the recruiter and the manager.

What you get

A match score with an ideal job profile

Trimoji allows you to compare a candidate's profile to a Personi to obtain a match score from 0 to 100, with results available online and in PDF format depending on the chosen paths.

Team-level compatibility visualizations

The Trimoji knowledge base documents dedicated team compatibility representations, such as a global matching graph to visualize compatibilities between members.

Team-oriented deliverables

Trimoji offers a team report as a deliverable, allowing you to understand the personality and relationships of all team members.

Why use job and team matching?

Decide with a common framework

Matching helps to compare profiles on a homogeneous basis and to secure a shortlist, especially when multiple people are involved in the decision.

Better prepare interviews

Matching highlights points to explore during interviews, rather than relying solely on intuition.

Anticipate integration into a team

Team matching provides useful insight for understanding complementarities, potential friction points, and conditions for success within the team.

How does it work?

Step 1: Define the job and the matching reference

Clarify the need and, if you are using Personi, build an ideal profile with managers or the business team. The more precise the Personi, the more relevant the matching will be.

Step 2: Collect candidate data

Depending on your process, Trimoji collects and uses information from the CV and soft skills to feed the job matching.

Step 3: Produce the job match

Trimoji provides a match score and actionable results. PDF files can be downloaded.

Step 4: Simulate and read team match

You can visualize compatibilities between team members and consult a relational compatibility report to interpret relationship types and person-to-person matching.
